Always Eat After 7; Part 4

It has been a month you guys! An entire month since I started Always Eat After 7 PM, and I have loved sharing my experience with you. This experience has really shown me a different way to look at dieting and eating! Not having to cut carbs and eating around a certain schedule has proven to be extremely beneficial!

I don’t see any issues with continuing to implement the information from Always Eat After 7 PM in my diet and eating habits. The change in my overall well being and energy levels alone give me so much motivation to push myself in continuously following this plan!

One of my favorite tricks from the book is the following excerpt –
